A three-week-old fox cub that lost its mother in a car accident has been adopted by a dog. This dog acts as a mother to the helpless fox cub, giving it the love and care it needs.
After this terrible car accident, the Dinozzo fox cub (the name of the orphaned fox cub) was rescued by the authorities and later handed over to a veterinary hospital. Then the little fox went to his new home with kind parents and a collection of loving friends.
Werner and Angelika Schmaing are a loving couple who love animals most of all, living in Oberschelde, Germany. As soon as they saw this helpless baby fox next to the vet, they couldn’t get away from him.
The couple then decided to bring the fox to their home. Both of them gave a wonderful name to the baby fox. It was called ‘Dinozzo’.
Living in the same home with the fox cub is an adorable collie, named Ziva and a Bengal cat, named Leopold.
These two pets quickly developed a special friendship with the Dinozzo. This bond is so strong that wherever the baby fox goes, these three pets follow each other. The three enjoy playing, sleeping and eating together.
“Ziva and Leopold fell in love with the little fox immediately. Our collie acts as a foster mum for the little ones. The interaction of animals is very much like siblings in a family,” Werner said.
For humans and any animal, love and care are very important in the first weeks of their lives.
This wonderful friendship between the fox cub and his dog and cat friends is priceless. Because these pets showed love and compassion to the Dinozzo in a way that he did not know the death of the mother of the fox cub and gave him a wonderful friendship.
